A unique place in Old Mokotów situated in an unquotable, restored house at ul. Narbutta 22. A pre-war tenement house from 1938, designed by famous A. Jawornicki – differs from its surroundings in its shape and character among other houses in Mokotów.
The special type and shape of the building refers to the designs of the famous Spanish architect A. Gaudi.
The subject of the proposal is an apartment created by adding an additional floor to a tenement house. All superstructure works done in 1991 were carried out with great attention to the quality of finishing, materials and technologies.
The apartment`s two-sided exposure, to the south, on one side, and the north on the other, which gives fantastic lighting and unique energy.
The apartment consists of:
– three rooms
– a large kitchen with a separate dining area
– bathroom
– toilet
It is possible to separate an additional bedroom.
The owners removed all the finishing in the apartment, icluding kitchen, all floors and one wall, and now it is offered in an unfinished, development condition.
In 2011, a general renovation of the entire building was carried out (including installations on staircases, façade refreshed, staircases painted).
